Kestrels have got 12 pupils in the class.

We look at each child as an individual and try very hard to best suit their stage and optimum pace of learning with a personalised approach to their development.

We use high quality texts as a stimulus to engage the children in literacy lessons. We follow the White Rose Maths scheme of work.

This year we will be completing three exciting projects: Life in Tudor England, A Journey through Africa, The Census of our Local Area and The Sikh Empire.

We will engage in a number of learning experiences linked to our projects including a trip to Hampton Court Palace, the Observatory and The Gurdwara.
